- Did not receive compensation after reset.
Status: Compensation Delivered
We're aware of an issue where some players report they did not get their compensation from their previous progress after the server reset. We have identified this is related to a mismatch the server you initially created the account on, and the server which was selected after the reset. We're working to address this for all players eligible for the compensation, regardless of which server you select to continue playing on.
