Below is a list of issues currently being investigated by our developers. This list will be updated regularly, and issues will be added and removed as discovered and resolved. Please note that these are not all the issues are devs are working on fixing.

Open Issues
Offer pop-ups are appearing back to back or during combat

We're aware of an issue that causes offer pop-ups to trigger unintentionally back to back, or during combat
Timer keep going after defeating Vaelthara Manor

A bug is causing the language selector to display.
Status: Under Investigation
The language selector isn't supposed to be live yet, as it's still a work in progress and hasn't been fully completed.
Interacting with any Rift freezes the app
Status: Under Investigation
Interaction with any rift might cause the app to freeze
Unable to Fast Travel
Status: Under Investigation
After defeating an enemy, some players may still receive the messages "Cannot Fast Travel during combat" or "Cannot enter during combat" even though combat has already ended. This can prevent access to dungeons or Fast Travel temporarily.
Seasonal Floor 21 has no enemies in Nethermaw Descent
Status: Under Investigation
Floor 21 spawns no enemies on the Seasonal tower of Nethermaw Descent.
FIXED ISSUES
Devourer of Man Server Error
Status: RESOLVED
An error message appears that says "Server Exception Domain not found" whenever the player defeats the Cannibal to complete the Devourer of Man quest. Restarting the app is a workaround for this.
Not being able to enter the Cathedral in the Prologue
Status: RESOLVED
Ascend primal only counting the first time you ascend in Adventure Guide

Stuck in the Story Quest "Lower Mines"

Players may experience crashes or become stuck in an infinite loading screen when attempting to access the Lower Mines
